Shipping in New Zealand

All New Zealand orders are sent from the By Bec Designs head office in Kerikeri using Courier Post or Fastway. Please note that delivery times will vary and orders will be dispatched Monday - Friday.

• North Island delivered within 3-6 business days after placement of order.
• South Island delivered within 5-7 business days after placement of order.
• For rural delivery your parcel will be delivered within 7-10 days from placing your order.

Shipping to Australia

All orders to Australia are shipped from the By Bec Designs had office in Kerikeri New Zealand using NZ Post.

Please note that international shipping times vary but NZ Post indicates that internationally posted goods should be received between 3-10 working days.

By Bec Designs will provide a tracking number with all orders which will allow you to track your orders.

International Shipping

At this time we only ship to Australia however we are exploring shipping to the rest of the world and anticipate that we will be shipping internationally in due course.

Damaged Items

Please contact us to discuss any By Bec items that are damaged on arrival of your order. Please note that it is normal for the shipping carton to show signs of damage/wear while making its way to you, however if the By Bec Designs product inside has been damaged please contact us by email at sales@bybecdesigns.co.nz with a of photograph of the damaged item.
