Himalayan Tealight Holder

These are stunning tealight holders carved from Himalayan salt. They are rather fancy as they have a smoothed round exterior with a well in the centre for a tealight or votive. 

Himalayan Salt Lamps are widely considered to purify the air, reduce allergies and improve ones mood. This is largely because they produce negative ions (akin to running water, or the atmosphere after a storm. They are also hydroscopic (in other words they attract moisture from the air around us) which is why they can be damp to the touch or appear to be sweating.

In addition they give off a gorgeous soft glow with a tealight or votive lit in the middle cavity.

We think these are pretty awesome as a stand-alone art piece.

Note: These lamps are made from Himalayan Salt and take moisture from the air as they heat up so the holder will likely have a moist feel. It's a good idea to place the holder on a plate to catch any run off moisture.
